If we cancel an accepted order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Processing times, shipping timelines, and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Risk of loss and title for purchased goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

PIRZAI products are made with natural materials, including full-grain leather. Variation in tone, grain, markings, and texture is part of the material’s nature and does not constitute a defect.
Leather may soften, mark, or develop patina over time through normal use.
