Refunds

We want you to love your PIRZAI piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept refunds within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pirzai.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect.
