Shipping & Returns
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Orders are prepared with care and shipped in protective packaging. Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. International shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
2. Shipping Time
Transit estimates vary by destination and carrier. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Delays
Unexpected shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, high order volume, or other factors outside our control.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. PIRZAI is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist where possible.
6. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact support@pirzai.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Returns
We want you to love your PIRZAI piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect.
